Sanae GENBA studied chemistry at the Osaka City University. She worked at the IP department in a company for 7 years. She joined Aoyama & Partners in 1997. She develops strategies for the application and enforcement of patents. She represents patent owners in application, opposition, cancellation proceedings and infringement litigations.
