Eisan GO has extensive experience on drafting/filing and prosecution of patent applications and patent term extensions particularly in the chemistry-based pharmaceutical fields. He specializes in pharmaceutical patents and assists clients of domestic and overseas multi-national companies and universities. He also assists clients with invalidity proceedings before the JPO and patent litigation before IP courts in multiple countries as well as Japan. He has a master's degree in engineering from Osaka University, focusing on synthesis of organic small molecules useful for potential pharmaceuticals.
