Takanori NAKAJIMA is a counsel at Aoyama & Partners and has practiced in the intellectual property field since 1982.

Mr. Nakajima focuses on patent prosecution, both domestic and foreign, including preparing and filling of patent applications, amendments and interviews with examiners, appeal briefs and oral hearings. He also has experience in the preparation of infringement and validity opinions. He also has extensive experience in design patents.

Mr. Nakajima specializes in the areas of mechanical and electro-mechanical patents. His areas of expertise include electronic devices including relays, switches, connectors, and toys. He represents large and small business and companies in Japan and abroad.

Mr. Nakajima is a frequent lecturer in Japan for trainees of emerging countries and abroad on the IP protection of patents and design patents.
