Shoji HIZATATE studied pharmaceutical science at graduate Graduate School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Tokyo, and received the doctoral degree, Doctor of Pharmaceutical Science, from University of Tokyo. After working for Kyoritsu College of Pharmacy, he joined Mitsubishi Paper Mills Limited and engaged as a research scientist, and joined Research Foundation of ITSUU and engaged as a research scientist. After qualification acquisition as Japanese Patent Attorney, he joined TAIYO, NAKAJIMA & KATO and engaged mainly in patent prosecution for Chemistry and Biotechnology, and joined TSUKUNI & ASSOCIATES and had hands-on experience in patent trial. He joined Aoyama & Partners in 2016. He has mainly engaged in prosecution of Patent registration proceedings in Japan and foreign countries.
