Muneo YAMAMOTO was graduated from Nagoya Institute of Technology and joined in a rubber company where he gained acquaintance with the works of patent attorneys. He left the company to obtain qualification of patent attorney and passed Japanese Patent Attorney Examination in 1982. He was joined in Aoyama & Partners in 1982 and started his works as a patent attorney. In 1984, he was sent to a patent and law firm in Washington D.C., U.S.A. and also a patent law firm in London, U.K. to learn patent practices in U.S. A. and Europe. He returned to Aoyama & Partners and experienced patent applications, appeals, oppositions, litigations and the like in the field of Chemistry and Material. He founded Patent Professional Corporation IPyS Patent Law Firm in 2014. Thereafter, he returned Aoyama & Partners in 2017 and continued patent works in the field of Chemical and Material.
