Kojiro HAYASHI majored synthetic organic chemistry at Faculty of Agricultural Science of Kobe University. He also studied chemical synthesis of natural products at Graduate School of Agricultural Science, Kobe University. After receiving the master's degree, he worked for a Japanese agricultural chemical company as a researcher and experienced drug discovery researches and producing researches. He joined Aoyama & Partners in 2017. He has been engaged in various works including filing and prosecuting patent applications in Japan and foreign countries.
