Marina SAKAI majored in chemistry at Tohoku University to acquire a wide range of knowledge in organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, polymer chemistry etc., and studied glycosylation in graduate school. Then, she worked at the research and development department in a chemical company. She joined Aoyama & Partners in 2019. She has been mainly engaged in filing and prosecuting patent applications in Japan and foreign countries.
