Satoko KUBO obtained a law degree in Keio University. She has been engaged in the trademark practice since 2009. In the former firm, she handled many foreign clients' cases and she regularly traveled abroad to provide information about latest Japanese practice to foreign clients. In Aoyama & Partners, she handles both Japanese clients and foreign clients' cases. In addition to trademark prosecution, she can handle enforcement issues, unfair competition and copyright issues.
